Terms and conditions

1. To make a reservation, simply enter the arrival and departure dates in the calendar.

2. The room is understood to be confirmed only by sending a booking confirmation email from us which contains the details of your stay in the Sole & Mare Holiday Home, and the price.

3. On the day of arrival, check-in takes place from 13:00 to 18:00, on the day of departure, check-out takes place by 10:30.

4. Upon arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document for the purposes of legal obligations; otherwise it cannot be accepted, to streamline check-in you can fill in the forms (PDF) and send them by e-mail, we will insert your data.

5. We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of the same or higher level without notice and without increasing the price.

Prices and payment methods

6. Prices are intended per room and per night and include taxes. The tourist tax is excluded, which involves an additional cost of 2 euros per day per person,

7. The price of the stay is what we communicate in the booking acceptance email.

8. With the booking confirmation we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee. These data are not used to make a charge relating to the cost of the stay but exclusively for the collection of any penalty due for cancellation or reduction of the stay.

Cancellations

9. The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated by email to: cvsoleemare@gmail.com

10. It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, up to 30 days before the date of your arrival at Casa Vacanze Sole & Mare.

11. For cancellations or reductions of stay communicated less than 30 days from the date of arrival, we charge a penalty equal to the cost of one night.

12. For cancellations notified within seven days of the arrival date or in the event of a no-show, we will charge a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.

13. If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the Sole e Mare Holiday Home, he is required to pay the full amount of the stay

14. If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, he is required to pay the full amount of the confirmed stay1.
