The structure, completely renovated and furnished, has been designed to satisfy every need and requirement, and every detail has been taken care of to make your trip unforgettable.
Awaiting you on the ground floor is a bright and spacious open space consisting of a kitchen and living room where you can improvise delicious dishes and taste exquisite local products.
The sleeping areas are comfortable and private: down a few well-divided and intimate steps a double bedroom and a room with two single beds will await you at the end of the day.

Mola di Bari enjoys a strategic location suitable for making the wonders of our region easily accessible: you need only leave your summer residence to appreciate our Matrice church the square with Monumental fountain.
That’s not all: just a few kilometers away you can visit the majestic cliffs of Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte with its evocative caves, the quaint village of Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and still numerous tourist destinations.

Sole&Mare
Friendly staff, beautiful renovation, very nice room, clean. A place where you want to come back again. Everything is very close and convenient. You are the best!
The house is located right in the historic center of Mola di Bari, within walking distance. If you have a car, the host offers a paid garage 800 meters from the apartment, but you can almost always find free parking on the nearby seafront.
A very positive note: breakfast was delivered to your door, included in the price.
The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and modern, and had the basic necessities for a vacation rental (towels, sheets, cooking utensils, etc.).
The only two negatives: the two basement rooms are windowless, and there was a bit of dampness, but the host provided dehumidifiers, which were a great help. There's a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, but next to it is the front door, which has no blackout curtains, so it was quite bright both at night (due to street lights) and in the morning.
Overall, it was a super positive experience, and we'd definitely recommend it!
During my week-long stay I was able to start every morning with a sea view and espresso; be it a few steps from the front door or about 300m further in the beach bistro. Short walks are common in the picturesque small town of Mola di Bari, and the train station can also be reached relatively quickly on foot. From there you can get to the surrounding “tourist towns” quickly and cheaply.
There is a lot on offer in terms of cuisine, and cooking in the accommodation is also worthwhile thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. In general, the holiday apartment could easily assert itself as one of the best. Thanks to the good facilities, cleanliness, impeccable sanitary facilities and comfortable beds ;), as well as the perfect location, no wishes remained unfulfilled.
